An ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor, I specialize in high-energy, functional training designed for people who think training should be challenging AND fun. Fusing traditional HIIT training with Strength & Conditioning and Cardio together are my preferred programs to instruct in group formats, with any number of varying directions in Personal Training to meet the needs of the client.
When I'm not motivating classes in Group Exercise or working directly with clients in Personal Training, I can usually be found on my hobby farm, chasing after my three kids or one of our very opinionated goats. If you've ever wondered how to lift and carry a squirming toddler while carrying a bag of feed in the other arm, just ask. I really consider it a practical form of strength and conditioning.

I began my career in the Health & Wellness business in 2012 as a Youth Athletics Coach, and through time working my way up to an Executive Director for a large scale fitness facility.
